Sažetak | Nowadays, changing market conditions are difficult to stay competitive and survive. Challenges of modern business, such as new technologies and innovations, must be applied in companies to survive and remain competitive. Development of human resources management, at a time when the globalization of the market reached its stagnation shows that this activity occupies its important place in development companies that want to maintain their market leadership or become more competitive. The economic efficiency of a business depends on the human resources. Every organization is successful as much as it possesses quality human resources. Maximizing employees, their motivation and success in their work are crucial, therefore every one the organization contains a human resources department within its organizational structure. The company is aware of the consequences that its business has for the local community, and is contributing better quality of life in the same, as well as creating positive change through numerous initiatives, and what is characteristic of long-term oriented companies. Capital and value nowadays, imply, people, their development, motivation, and commitment to achieving goals. The result of these changes is the conception human resource management, as an expression of a new philosophy, which warns that how human resource management becomes extremely important for long term competitive ability, development and survival of the company. Company employees with their knowledge and skills are the main resource without which the business of the company would not be possible. Throughout the thesis, the importance of human resources, innovation and technology, products and services, socially responsible business through the Arena Hospitality Group company will be shown. As AHG is one of the most well-known hospitality companies in Croatia, but also Europe. The thesis is composed of four chapters, and in each of them will be explained different subfunctions of analysis and the importance human resources analysis. |
