Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada ovog rada je analiza socioloških aspekata modela društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Tijekom razvoja ideja društvene odgovornosti poduzeća tumačena je na mnogo različitih načina. Unatoč činjenici da je sadašnje razdoblje društvene odgovornosti poduzeća većinom uspješno, ključno je razumjeti temeljnu funkciju društvene odgovornosti poduzeća. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje odnosi se na proces unutrašnjih aktivnosti poduzeća kojima se uz ostvarenje zarade nastoji kontinuirano... More doprinositi očuvanju i unapređivanju okolišnog i društvenog konteksta poslovnog okruženja. Potrebno je razumjeti kako poduzeće, odnosno aktivnosti poduzeća, pa tako i ekonomije, ne mogu se odvojiti od okoliša. Iz razloga što održivi razvoj poduzeća i nacionalnih ekonomija može biti postignut samo osiguranjem kontinuiranih izvora resursa koji dolaze iz okoliša, poduzeća su nužna implementirati načela društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Ekonomija, okoliš i društvo ostvaruju sinergijski efekt iz kojeg proizlazi potreba za vrednovanjem prirodnih izvora. Provedeno je i obrađeno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo 77 ispitanika. Usmjerenost ispitanika bila je nasumični odabir. Istraživanje je provedeno u travnju i svibnju 2023. godine. Za obradu i analizu podataka korišteno je grafičko prikazivanje dobivenih odgovora putem Google Docsa. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje smatra se sredstvom koje pomaže da poduzeće dođe do temeljnog cilja uz suradnju s ključnim dionicima poduzeća. Najvažniji cilj svakog poduzeća opstanak na tržištu koji mogu postići stvaranjem dodatne vrijednosti koja se obično očitava profitabilnošću. Less
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the analysis of the socio-economic aspects of the socially responsible business model. During the development of the idea of corporate social responsibility, it was interpreted in many different ways. Despite the fact that the current era of corporate social responsibility is mostly successful, it is crucial to understand the fundamental function of corporate social responsibility. Socially responsible business refers to the process of the company's internal... More activities, which, in addition to making a profit, strive to continuously contribute to the preservation and improvement of the environmental and social context of the business environment. It is necessary to understand that the company, that is, the company's activities, including the economy, cannot be separated from the environment. Due to the fact that the sustainable development of companies and national economies can only be achieved by ensuring continuous sources of resources that come from the environment, companies must implement the principles of socially responsible business. The economy, the environment and society achieve a synergistic effect, which results in the need to value natural resources. A survey in which 77 respondents participated was conducted and processed. The orientation of the respondents was a random selection. The research was conducted in April and May 2023. For the processing and analysis of the data, a graphical representation of the received answers via Google Docs was used. Socially responsible business is considered a means that helps the company to reach its fundamental goal in cooperation with the key stakeholders of the company.
