Abstract
The aim of this thesis to describe the organisational culture and analyse the results of a survey conducted among the employees of Brioni d.o.o. Organisational culture provides a sense of purpose and belonging to the employees, and determines the boundaries that ought to be adhered to. The culture has a big effect on how a company functions and does business. Deal and Kennedy, and Charles Handy are credited with writing one of the most notable typologies of organisational culture. According to the gathered data of the conducted research, the majority of workers employed are Croatian, and quite a significant portion of foreign workers due to better conditions in Croatia. The majority of foreign workers expressed satisfaction with their working conditions, but the majority of foreign workers expressed dissatisfaction due to increased living expenses driven on by the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing war in Ukraine. The average score of domestic workers who believe that foreign workers integrated into their work collective is 4.27, while the average score of foreign workers is 4.37. The average score of foreign workers who stated an intention to continue working for the company is 3.81, while the average score of domestic workers is 3.93.
