This final paper gives a structured overview of innovative investment in agriculture, primarily through the focus of money capital by mayor European investment funds at the European Union budget. A key part of the work is focused on the development of agriculture in Croatia, the current util ization rate of grants as well as future tenders and their direction. Of course, in addition to the above, the initial part of the paper will explain the agricultural policy of the European Union a nd in general the importance and role of investing in the agricultural sector and the importanc e of agriculture in the economy. The European Union's policy on rural investment and development will also be clarified, with specific objectives and program proposals. Thus, through the provisions and common policie s for the management of the agricultural sector in Europe, all current programs to encourage this activity will be recognized. At the end of the paper, the situation of Croatian agriculture will be analyzed more through the Agricultural Strategy. The aim is to provide insight into the shortcomings, opportunities and threats of Croatian agriculture. The work will also be linked through the common framework of the Common Agricultural Policy to the current tenders available to agricultural holdings. After the European Union funds are shown in the announcement, the overall conclusion is reached.
