The term human resources is used to describe people who work for a company or organization and responsible management to manage all issues related to employees, which together represent one of the most valued resources in any business or organization. The presence of a human resources department is an essential component of any business, regardless of the size of the organization. The department has the task of maximizing employee productivity and protecting companies from potential problems that arise in the internal and external environment. The concept of organization in human resources refers to the way the department is structured and the way the tasks are distributed among its members. This is a key thing because employee management and decisions made in the department have a huge impact on the business of the entire company. The undergraduate thesis deals with the organization of human resources in the company Arriva Ltd. The theoretical part of the thesis describes work management as a resource, through the human resources management service, performance management, compensation monitoring system, work performance and rewarding employees, and human resource challenges. In addition to the profile and activities of the company, the organization of the company with the systematization of jobs and the organization of human resources are explained. Suggestions for improving the organization of human resources were also offered.
