This bachelor thesis concerns the wellbeing of students that attend the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka and their satisfaction with the faculty. Student satisfaction shows the quality of the faculty and its concern for its students and their education. The assessment method used was a survey distributed to students that attend EFRI. The survey was taken by 54 students. The questions concerned their preferences concerning things such as motivation, interest etc. with online classes versus in-person classes. Results of one of the most important survey questions shows that 37% of questioned students agree with the statement that online classes are better for them than in-person classes. Online classes are also determined to be significantly less stressful and giving students more free time, while in-person classes are said to be more motivating and 43% of students find it more interesting and engaging. The biggest stressors for students are exams with 39% of answers, and at close second 35% students said that every situation that was listed was causing them stress. When the students were asked to rate their mental health before the pandemic and now, the results show a significant decrease in wellbeing which is due to the increased time they spend at home and decreased social life. As for the student satisfaction, results show that students are mostly satisfied with their studies and that the faculty fulfilled their expectations for the most part, however they are not satisfied with the knowledge they have gained. EFRI Buddy program was also discussed, and students believe it does not provide enough information for students and can be improved and revamped. As for the faculty, the students say that including the students more in decisions would be a great improvement and some say that having a psychologist on board would be beneficial for those in need.
