This paper presents the trends, processes and forms of education consulting This paper presents the trends, processes and forms of education advisors in insurance. The reason for choosing the topic of education advisors in insurance is closely linked to the professional activities of the authors alone and works as a consultant in insurance. Realizing that for years doing nothing in terms of continuing classification necessary competence insurance consultant, the author wants to work in this paper to show the necessity of standardization of education advisors in education that would ultimately was the condition itself insurance companies in the further certification of quality and strengthening market position. Based on empirical research and analysis of research on education insurance consultant, confirmed the research hypothesis that in Croatia there is a targeted system of education advisors in insurance based on which the same acquired all the necessary competence to perform duties of a sales presentation and security. The results showed that the advisers is planning education advisor in insurance still a process that takes place or at the initiative of consultants or their employers, mostly in situations when there is a crisis of business or increased engagement competition. In the future, should be introduced standard qualifications that advisers should own that can provide formal and informal forms of insurance.
