The purpose of this thesis was to identify the differences in fitness influencers feed in three years time. Those years are 2018, 2019 and 2020 in which COVID-19 outbreak happened. Firstly an examination of periods where there was no virus was done, which includes 2018 and the 2019. Secondly, the period with the virus was examined, it was the year 2020. And than the difference between those periods was identified. Thesis is focused on instagram feeds of four fitness influencers, three of them from abroad and one local. All four of them are extremely focused on their feeds and the message that they are sending. The changes that are being made on the feed are being done because of the virus outbreak and the mandatory quarantine. When there was no virus or quarantine, the feeds were mostly about different workouts that were being executed in gyms or in nature. Through picture they would show how to use different sets of equipment. In the phase in which the virus was spreading, all of them, because it was mandatory, switched and started to show workouts from their homes and in that way they experienced a different connection to their followers. Because of that some of them experienced growth of followers.
