Abstract
Today's business world is subject to a lot of changes. They are extremely visible and constant. Man as an individual, as a member of a group or organization, in order to survive and resist changes, has to cooperate with the environment, and this collaboration itself becomes a tool with which it strives to achieve its own, as well as group and organizational goals. The key to such co-operation is communication - one of the basic human and labor needs and what makes each person a social being. In... More the fast-paced world that we live in today, it is important to save time and money to stay competitive on the market. Communication realizes key relationships between individuals, groups and teams in the organization and the organizational units themselves. In addition, it ensures their co-operation and joint action in achieving the goals of the organization. All that is important for the organization also includes communication. In this research paper, the focus was to investigate how company CMG manages communication and whether it affects the satisfaction and productivity of the employees. The survey included employees who rated the level of satisfaction of communication within the organization. The results have shown that there is a demonstrable relationship between the two major research variables which is enough to talk about how important the impact of communication satisfaction is on the productivity of an individual employee, thus affecting overall productivity or the overall performance of the enterprise. By mutual influence these two constructs get a high level of satisfaction that directly influences the most important resource within the company - employees. This is proof that internal communication successfully exists in the company and how its positive influence plays an important role for other parts of the entire company. Additionally, there is evidence that within the company there is a clear hierarchy where the responsibility of higher and lower employee levels is clearly defined. Less
