Abstract
Tema istraživanja ovog završnog rada je uvozni proces u Republici Hrvatskoj, s posebnim naglaskom na teorijsku razradu i analizu slučaja poduzeća Safety d.o.o., koje se bavi posredništvom u trgovini raznovrsnim proizvodima. U radu se ističe da prilikom uvoza poduzeće ostvaruje konkurentsku prednost na tržištu. Cilj rada je pružiti cjelovito razumijevanje uvoznog postupka putem izazova, pravne regulative, zahtjeva i carinske procedure te potrebnu dokumentaciju kako bi se uspješno obavio uvoz dobara u Republiku Hrvatsku. Elementi uvozne procedure analizirati će se na primjeru poduzeća Safety d.o.o. Temeljni zaključci ovog završnog rada ukazuju na ključne aspekte uvoznog postupka koji omogućuje poduzeću da postigne konkurentnost na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The research topic of this thesis is the import process in the Republic of Croatia, with a particular focus on the theoretical framework and case study analysis of the company Safety d.o.o., which is engaged in trade mediation of various products. The paper emphasizes that through imports, the company achieves competitive advantage. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the import procedure by addressing challenges, legal regulations, requirements, and customs procedures, as well as the necessary documentation to successfully carry out the import of goods into the Republic of Croatia. Elements of the import procedure will be analyzed through the example of the company Safety d.o.o. The fundamental conclusions of this thesis highlight the key aspects of the import process that enable a company to achieve competitiveness in the market.
