Abstract
This final paper is based on the import procedure analysis in the company PUL d.o.o., with a special emphasis on cooperation with suppliers and optimization of logistic processes. The aim of this research was to identify key challenges and to propose solutions for the improvement of the import procedure. In this research were analyzed internal company documents, such as purchase orders, invoices and logistics reports, as well as relevant literature, including books, scientific articles and... More websites. Also, a direct interview was conducted with the employees of the company PUL d.o.o. The results show that a quality relationship with suppliers and the efficiency of logistics processes significantly affect the success of imports in the company. The conclusion of this paper provides guidelines for further improvement of the import procedure in the company PUL LLC. Less

Ovaj završni rad se temelji na analizi uvoznog postupka u poduzeću PUL d.o.o., s posebnim naglaskom na suradnju s dobavljačima i optimizaciju logističkih procesa. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio identificirati ključne izazove te predložiti rješenja za unapređenje uvoznog postupka. U ovom istraživanju analizirani su interni dokumenti poduzeća, kao što su narudžbenice, fakture i logistička izvješća, kao i relevantna literature, koja uključuje knjige, znanstvene članke i web stranice. Također,... More obavljen je direktan razgovor s djelatnicima tvrtke PUL d.o.o. Rezultati pokazuju da kvalitetan odnos s dobavljačima i učinkovitost logističkih procesa značajno utječu na uspješnost uvoza u poduzeću.
