Abstract
Kroz diplomski rad, detaljno se istražuju prilike i prijetnje na inozemnom tržištu, u sklopu analize poslovnog okruženja Finske kako bi se kreirala uspješna strategija poslovanja u toj zemlji. U radu se prikazuju snage i slabosti poduzeća WE-KR d.o.o. te perspektiva istih u odnosu na prilike i prijetnje iz poslovnog okruženja Finske. Rad identificira i prikazuje čimbenike koji utječu na uspostavljanje konkurentnosti, a čimbenici uključuju pokazatelje poput političke slike tržišta, ekonomskog stanja, tehnološke inovacije, održivo razvoja, legislative itd., a temelje se na stvarnoj slici okruženja Finske. Kroz analizu poduzeća WE-KR d.o.o., ispituje se kvaliteta dosadašnjeg poslovnog okvira sa stajališta internacionalizacije poslovanja, kroz istraživanje tržišta i implementacijom strategija izvoza, pozicioniranja i segmentacije. Sukladno prikazanome, rad nudi konkretne savjete i rješenja za prilagodbu izazovima inozemnog tržišta.
Abstract (english)
Throughout the thesis, opportunities and threats offered in the foreign market are thoroughly researched as part of the analysis of Finland's business environment to create a successful business strategy in that country. The paper presents the strengths and weaknesses of the company WE-KR llc and their perspective in relation to the opportunities and threats from the business environment of Finland. It identifies and presents factors influencing competitiveness, including indicators such as the political landscape of the market, economic condition, technological innovations, sustainable development, legislative regulations and others, which are based on the actual environment of Finland. The analysis of WE-KR llc examines the quality of their current business framework from the standpoint of business internationalization, through market research and the implementation of export strategies, positioning and segmentation. Accordingly, the paper offers concrete advice and solutions for addressing challenges in the foreign market.
