Abstract
Izvoz je aktivnost s kojom se susreću poduzeća na globalnoj razini. Svako poduzeće koje teži napretku odlučuje se za izvoz. Izvoz proizvoda ili usluga nije jednostavan posao, već je potrebno dobro istražiti tržište na koje se planira izvoziti. Na taj način poduzeće se priprema za moguće uspone i padove koji ga očekuju na inozemnom tržištu kako bi osiguralo konkurentsku prednost. U radu je istražena i analizirana izvozna strategija poduzeća Kraš d.d. na austrijskom tržištu za proizvod Griotte. Cilj istraživanja je definirati smjernice i ideje kako bi poduzeće Kraš d.d. uspješno plasiralo proizvod Griotte na austrijsko tržište i postiglo veću razinu konkurentnosti na tom tržištu. Pri istraživanju korištene su metode deskripcije i analitike, komparacije, generalizacije, specijalizacije, povijesna metoda i sinteza. Istraživanjem poslovnog okruženja Austrije, poduzeća Kraš d.d. i konkurencije pokazalo se da je najbolje koristiti strategiju neizravnog izvoza pri izlasku na austrijsko tržište konditorskih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Exporting is an activity faced by companies on a global scale. Every company that strives for progress will decide to export. Exporting a product or service is not an easy job, but it is necessary to thoroughly research the market to which it is planned to export. In this way, the company prepares for the possible ups and downs that await it in the foreign market in order to ensure a competitive advantage. In this research, the export strategy of the company Kraš d.d. to the Austrian market for the Griotte product was researched and analyzed. The aim of the research is to define guidelines and ideas so that the company Kraš d.d. successfully marketed the Griotte product on the Austrian market and achieved a higher level of competitiveness on that market. The methods of description and analysis, the method of comparison, generalization, specialization, historical method and synthesis were used in the research. By researching the business environment in Austria, the company Kraš d.d. and competition, it turned out that it is best to use an indirect export strategy when entering the Austrian confectionery market.
