Reporting on social responsibility within the framework of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards refers to the process of collecting, analyzing and publishing information about the social and environmental performance of a company, as well as about the way the company is managed at the management level. ESG reporting is becoming increasingly important in the business world, providing information on environmental, social and governance aspects of business. Regulatory bodies and international organizations are developing standards such as GRI, SASB and TCFD to support ESG reporting. Key elements of successful ESG reporting include the establishment of a monitoring and data collection system, provision of internal resources and strategies related to ESG performance, and transparent data verification and confirmation processes. ESG reporting brings numerous benefits, including improving transparency, stakeholder trust, reducing risk, improving reputation, and attracting investors and consumers. The subject of this final paper is reporting on social responsibility within the framework of ESG standards. Accordingly, the goal of this final paper is to theoretically and practically analyze reporting on social responsibility within the framework of ESG standards on the example of Hrvatske poštanska banka. The research results point to the conclusion that the ESG reporting framework encourages companies to engage more in socially responsible projects and initiatives that are also aimed at reducing emissions and waste, adapting to climate change and increasing energy efficiency.
