pojedinca kroz njegov radni vijek, predstavlja uspjeh zaposlenika 21. stoljeća.
u obavljanju radnih zadataka i dodatnog educiranja.
Problem predstavlja i percepcija okoline,
Abstract (english) | Career, a term that represents both the occupation itself and the business journey of an
individual throughout his working life, represents the success of the employee of the 21st
century. In order for an individual to build a career, he needs a vision of his own future,
motivation, whether it is money or a position in society. He must have a plan, choose a
profession, and after schooling or training, start work on his career, which implies
excelling in the performance of work tasks and additional education.
Municipal companies provide their services to bussines and natural persons in their area
of activity - the services they provide are strictly defined by legal regulations and at the
same time they operate under the conditions of a natural monopoly, which is why they
are in a stable and predictable, simple environment. The influence of the economic
environment such as inflation, interest rates, unemployment, events in the world economy
do not significantly affect the survival of the utility company because the company can
correct the price for each of these changes precisely according to the principles of full
cost recovery. For the same reason, in such companies, significant changes in the way of
doing business do not take place and they do not have to fight for survival on the market,
which results in the disinterest of employees in raising the quality of work in such a way
that they make additional efforts, present ideas and proposals for improving business
processes, because they believe that for additional effort will not be rewarded either
financially or with a transfer to a higher-ranking position. The problem is also the
perception of the environment, there is a widespread opinion that such a company is a
safe environment for employees and that it employs 'people that no one else don't want to
employ because they are not worth it'. Precisely for the reason of removing such stigma
and raising the quality of work, and preparing for a possible change in the company's safe
environment - recent changes in legal regulations lead in this direction, as well as
preventing the outflow of quality and capable employees, it is necessary to investigate the
human resources in the company, identify deficiencies and propose measures for
improvement so that the company can be competitive even in case of change. |
