Abstract
Napredak tehnologije kroz godine je omogućio razvoj i napredak svakodnevnog života ljudi. Tehnologija ima utjecaj na svakodnevne radnje poput komunikacije, razmišljanja, učenja. Nove tehnologije i inovacije mijenjaju način života i one su neizbježne u današnjem svijetu. Prihvaćanje novih tehnologija osigurava razvoj, povećanje produktivnosti i konkurentnosti na tržištu. Očekivanja kupaca svakim danom su sve zahtjevnija, te je potrebno odgovoriti na njihove zahtjeve. Kako bi poduzeće zadovoljilo potrebe kupaca i ostvarilo konkurentsku prednost, mora se uspješno prilagoditi promjenama. Ulaganje u informacijsku tehnologiju i inovativno poslovanje poduzeća, povećava konkurentnost poduzeća na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Advances in technology over the years have enabled the development and advancement of people's daily lives. Technology has an impact on everyday actions like communication, thinking, learning. New technologies and innovations are changing the way we live and they are inevitable in today’s world. Adoption of new technologies ensures development, increased productivity and market competitiveness. Customer expectations are becoming more demanding every day, and it is necessary to respond to their requests. In order for a company to meet customer needs and gain a competitive advantage, it must successfully adapt to change. Investing in information technology and innovative business of the company, increases the competitiveness of the company in the domestic and international markets.
