To
rezultira povećanjem zadovoljstva zaposlenika, a u konačnici i uspjehom cijelog poduzeća.
potvrdile Cronbachovim Alpha koeficijentom.
zadovoljstvo zaposlenika.
Abstract (english) In this work, the impact of a manager’s business ethics upon employee satisfaction is being
studied.Satisfaction is one of the main representatives of a company’s success and its
businesses. Business ethics is closely related to satisfaction itself, so this analysis examines
mutual impact and correlations. Ethics, which represents the concept of good and bad in this
living, differs from business ethics which is based on the behavioural codex of private entities
in work relations, in the matter of fact represents an accurate model of behaviour on micro,
meso, macro or global standards. Since employees' satisfaction itself has a great impact on
individuals and this on the entire company, it began to be a subject of studying during the
thirties of the previous century. Job satisfaction represents an employee's personal attitude
towards work he performs, as well as towards physical, organizational and social conditions at
the workplace, including rewards he receives for successfully terminated tasks. In order to
confirm 4 set hypotheses which show direct dependance of employee’s satisfaction on
company’s business ethics, a detailed analysis of the survey was carried out. The problem we
face consists of business ethics still not being implemented in some places. Since the manager
deals with work organization, public clients and employee relations, it is very important how
he behaves and towards whom. Manager always must be an example and act in accordance
with ethics degree. This results in an increase of employee satisfaction and ultimately
determines overall progress of the entire establishment. With this research, by performing an
exploratory factor analysis in order to obtain measurement scales, Cronbach’s Alpha
coefficient confirmed the validity of correlation. After scales were determinated, they were
correlated and ANOVA test was performed to confirm homogeneity of variance. Since all 4
hypotheses were not rejected, the thesis concluded that business ethics has a significant impact
on employee satisfaction was concluded.
