This bachelor’s degree paper serves to provide analysis and determine the characteristics of organizational structures in practice, on the example of a martech company - “AdScanner d.o.o.” The first part of the paper defines main terms and concepts related to organizational structuring, including their development, organizational dimensions, coordinating mechanisms, types of organizational structure and the connection between technical complexity and organizational design. More part of the paper analyzes data and interprets the results about the views and opinions on organizational structuring, gathered through an online questionnaire from employees working in AdScanner d.o.o.
