Abstract
Kontroling je usmjeren na prikupljanje informacija iz različitih odjela poduzeća, s ciljem integracije poslovnih procesa i pružanja stručne podrške menadžmentu. Kontroler u procesu interne podrške u odlučivanju mora uključivati i primjenu znanja iz informacijskih tehnologija. Njegova uloga je da primjenom različitih podataka, koja pristižu velikom brzinom, strukturira, analizira i prenosi informacije za koje mora znati odakle dolaze, što znače, da bi na temelju njih mogao prosuđivati za buduća razdoblja. Implementacijom kontrolinga u AKZ d.o.o. povezati će se procesi od planiranja ugovaranja do izvršavanja radova. Osigurati će se protok potrebnih informacija svih odjela do uprave i obratno. U organizacijskoj shemi društva kontroling bi trebao biti decentraliziran, neovisan, ali ravnomjerno i sveobuhvatno se prožeti kroz poslovanje cjelokupnog poduzeća. Analiziranjem podataka kroz izvještaje kontroling će poduzeću pomoću u otkrivanju mogućih slabosti, kao i u otkrivanju ekonomske i financijske snage tvrtke, a sve u svrhu boljeg razumijevanja poslovanja, te donošenje efektivnijem odlučivanju.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is aimed at gathering information from different departments of a company with the purpose of integrating business processes and providing professional support to the management. A controller in the internal support process for decision-making must apply the information technology knowledge. The controller’s role is to use various high-velocity data to structure, analyse, and transmit information whose origin and meaning need to be known to provide basis for judgements for future periods. The implementation of controlling in AKZ d.o.o. will connect processes ranging from contracting planning to the execution of works. It will allow the flow of necessary information from all departments to the management and vice versa. In the organisational chart of the company, controlling should be decentralised and independent, but permeated evenly and comprehensively through the operations of the entire company. By analysing the data through reports, controlling will help the company identify possible weaknesses, as well as discover the economic and financial strengths of the company, all with the aim of better understanding the operations and making decisions more effectively.
