This paper explores potential business strategies for Kraš Plc for the market of Great Britain where it is already present through distributor as its business strategy. The introductory presents papers research problem and subject, defines hypothesis of the paper, purpose and goal of the research as well as the methods used for it, also the paper structure is presented. In the Analytical part, after the presentation of information about Great Britain, the market place is researched through PEST analysis and Porter’s model of five competing forces, which is also used one method with others used for analysing the competition in that market place. The SWOT analysis which shows one’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is used to present these factors for Kraš Plc. In the perspective part comes the comparison of market entering strategies through distributor and direct foreign investment that includes opening a production plant in that market, taking in consideration their advantages and disadvantages for Kraš Plc. After market segmentation is presented, comes the chosen company’s positioning method on the market of chocolate, biscuits and desserts. Next are determined log-term goals for the company, after which are presented company’s 4P and 4C strategies. Finally, a conclusion was constructed in which the question posed in the introductory part is answered as well as the proof of the hypothesis.
