Abstract
Tržišta rada na svjetskoj razini kroz povijest bila su obilježena raznim ekonomskim krizama tijekom kojih je razina stope nezaposlenosti varirala ovisno o težini krizne situacije. Razne oscilacije s negativnim predznakom posljedično su dovele do globalnih gospodarskih i ekonomskih šokova. U bližoj povijesti najznačajnija ekonomska kriza je upravo ona iz 2008. godine. Inicijalno, pad cijena nekretnina posljedično je doveo do razvoja globalne financijske krize. Smanjenje i slabljenje ekonomskog rasta i razvoja prouzročilo je i smanjenje potrebe za radnom snagom odnosno povećanje broja nezaposlenih osoba. Slično je i sa trenutnom situacijom u svijetu. Tržište rada te izazovi rasta i razvoja gospodarstva usko su povezani sa pandemijom Covid-19 koja od 2020. ostavlja negativne učinke na globalnom tržištu. Promjene koje su se dogodile obilježile su sve segmente svjetskih i nacionalnih tržišta. Financijska pomoć koja se pruža od strane nacionalnih, ali i međunarodnih financijskih institucija prvenstveno je usmjerena na sprječavanje poslovno uvjetovanih otkaza i zadržavanje postojećih radnih mjesta glede zaposlenih radnika odnosno održavanje stabilnog poslovanja poljuljanog razvojem pandemije u okviru pružanja pomoći poslodavcima. Svoj doprinos sprječavanju širenja negativnih utjecaja pandemije na gospodarstvo u cjelini dale su Vlade kroz širok raspon strategija za očuvanje radnih mjesta, ali i brojne međunarodne organizacije od kojih se na razini Europe najviše ističe Europska unija.
Abstract (english)
World-class labour markets throughout history have been marked by various economic crises causing a variation in unemployment rates. Consequently, various oscillations with negative signs led to global economic and economic shocks. In recent history, the most significant economic crisis is 2008. Initially, the fall in real estate prices has led to the development of a global financial crisis. The decrease and weakening of economic growth and development have also caused a decrease in the need for labour meaning an increase in the number of unemployed persons. It is similar to the current situation in the world. The labour market and the challenges of economic growth and development are closely linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been having negative effects on the global market since 2020. The changes that have taken place have marked all segments of the national and international markets. Financial assistance provided by national and international institutions has been primarily aimed at preventing business-related redundancies and retaining existing jobs in terms of employed people trying to maintain stable operations shaken by the ongoing pandemic in the framework of helping out business owners. Governments have made their contribution to preventing the spread of the negative effects of the pandemic on the economy through a wide range of job schemes, as well as numerous international organizations like the European Union on the continent.
