Abstract
Poslovanje na međunarodnom tržištu, kao glavnu temu završnog rada, možemo definirati tako da, u većini slučajeva, domaće tržište je premalo za širenje (odnosno ne može povećati profitne marže), pa se tvrtke okreću prema inozemnim tržištima. Zbog mnogo razlika, postupak poslovanja na međunarodnom tržištu nije jednostavan i često je težak. Internacionalizacija poslovanja tvrtke izuzetno je važan korak u razvoju poduzeća, pa je u ovom slučaju važan korak provesti detaljnu analizu potencijalnih država. Svrha rada je, putem teoretskih pojmova, definirati poslovanje međunarodnog tržišta kroz praktični primjer na poduzeću Valamar d.d.
Abstract (english)
Doing business in the international market, as the main topic of the final paper, can be explained by the fact that in most cases, the domestic market is too small to expand (regarding, it cannot increase profit margins), so companies turn to foreign markets. Due to many differences, the process of doing business in the international market isn’t simple and is many times very difficult. The internationalization of the company's business is an extremely important step in the development of the company, so in this case it is obligatory to conduct a detailed analysis of potential countries. The purpose of this paper is, through theoretical concepts, to explain the business of the international market through a practical example at Valamar d.d.
