Abstract
Transakcijski troškovi dolaze iz Teorije poduzeća. Transakcijski troškovi su oni troškovi bez kojeg poduzeće ne bi postojalo i oni predstavljaju svaki trošak koji se dogodio prilikom traženja informacija, troškovi koji se dešavaju prilikom zaključenja poslovnog sporazuma, trošak koji nastaje kada procjenjujemo i mjerimo vrijednosti, troškovi nastali prilikom zaštite imovinskih prava i troškovi oportunizma, odnosno oportunističkog ponašanja kojeg ćemo se dotaknuti u nastavku.. Za ove sve troškove naveden je i primjer tvrtke GALA Construction Software d.o.o. Zatim se u radu govori o uzrocima transakcijskih troškova, a neki od njih su nesigurnost okoline, oportunizam, rizik i ograničena racionalnost, govorimo i o tome koji od tih uzoraka su najbitniji. U nastavku rada će se vidjeti i razlozi za povećanje i smanjenje transakcijskih troškova. Ono što zaokružuje ovaj seminarski rad su ugovori, a navedene su sve faze potpisivanja ugovora koje su važne te su navedeni najčešći oblici ugovora.
Abstract (english)
Transaction costs come from Enterprise Theory. Transaction costs are those costs without which the company would not exist and they represent any costs incurred in seeking information, costs incurred in concluding a business agreement, the cost of the measurement process, property rights costs and the costs of opportunistic behavior. For all these costs, the example of GALA Construction Software d.o.o. is also given. Then the paper discusses the causes of transaction costs, and some of them are environmental uncertainty, opportunism, risk and limited rationality, we also talk about which of these patterns are most important. The following will also see the reasons for the grow and reduction in transaction costs. What completes this seminar paper are contracts, and all the stages of signing a contract that are important are listed, and the most common forms of contracts are listed.
