Abstract
U svijetu svake godine raste potražnja za raznim oblicima energije, a u kategoriju rasta spada i električna energije na koju je u ovom stoljeću stavljen posebni naglasak i fokus prvenstveno zbog ekologije i zaštite okoliša. Bloomberg´s New Energy Finance procjenjuje da će globalna potražnja za skladištenje električne energije do 2030. godine iznosit će oko 300 GWh, odnosno da će biti šest puta veća u odnosu na razinu iz 2016. godine. Sve su veći zahtjevi za proizvodnjom i pohranu električne energije u elektroenergetskom sustavu te izvorima električne energije, uz zadovoljavanje kvalitete i sigurnosti opskrbe. Upravo iz te potrebe dolazimo do različitih ideja za novim izvorima električne energije, tako i s izvorom koji je obrađen u ovome radu. Riječ je o relativno novom načinu montaže fotonaponskih panela kako u svijetu, a pogotovo u Europi i Republici Hrvatskoj. Montaža na kopnu dovodi do povećanja cijene zemljišta da li kroz otkup ili najam zemljišta ili ugovornim, odnosom isplate dijela dobiti od proizvodnje i prodaje električne energije vlasniku zemljišta. Ovim načinom ne uzurpiramo zemljište koje je moguće iskoristiti za stanovanje, poljoprivredu ili nešto drugo te smanjujemo trošak električne energije po izvoru energije, eng. levelized cost of energy (LCOE). Uz navedeno pridonosimo većoj učinkovitosti proizvodnje električne energije iz fotonaponskih panela, te većoj učinkovitosti postojeće hidroelektrane koja može raditi u zajedničkoj regulaciji s plutajućom fotonaponskom elektranom. Završni rad prikazati će ekonomsko tehničku analizu izvedivosti plutajuće fotonaponske elektrane snage 20 MW instalirane na akumulacijskom jezeru postojeće reverzibilne hidroelektrane RHE Velebit, uz upotrebu postojećeg elektroenergetskog postrojenja. Zadatak je pokazati ekonomsku održivost, uklapanje i utjecaj na okoliša, uz održavanje ekološke ravnoteže instaliranjem plutajućih fotonaponskih elektrana. Prikazati će se usporedba s konvencionalnim fotonaponskim elektranama izgrađenima na kopnu. Bit će prikazano nekoliko varijanti montaže fotonaponskih panela na površinu vode, izračunati su troškovi izgradnje i održavanja, godišnja proizvodnja električne energije na temelju sunčane insolacije lokacije plutajuće fotonaponske elektrane, te ostale ekonomske karakteristike potrebne za analizu ovako velikog projekta.
Abstract (english)
Globally speaking the demand for various forms of energy is growing every year and in that category of growth also includes electric energy on which is special focus in this century primarily due to ecology and environmental protection. Bloomberg’s New Energy Finance estimates that the global demand for electricity storage by 2030 is going to be around 300 GWh that is doubling six times from year 2016 levels. There are increased demands for production and storage of electricity in the electricity system and electricity sources while meeting the quality and security of supply. Because of that, we are coming for new ideas of electricity sources, as well as this source of energy that is described in this paper. This is a relatively new way of installing photovoltaic panels both in the world and especially in Europe and Republic of Croatia. Installation of photovoltaic panels on land leads to an increase in land prices, whether through the purchase or lease of land or a contractual relationship of payment from part of the profits from the sale of electricity to the landowner. In this way we do not usurp land that can be used for housing, agriculture or something else but we reduce the cost of electricity per source, eng. levelized cost of energy (LCOE). This type of installation contributes to greater efficiency of photovoltaic panels and better efficiency of hydropower plants that can operate in joint regulation with floating photovoltaic power plant FPV. The final paper will present the economic and technical analysis of the feasibility of a floating photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 20 MW installed on the accumulation lake of the existing reversible hydropower plant RHE Velebit using the existing grid connection. The task is to demonstrate economic sustainability, environmental suitability while maintaining ecological balance by installing floating photovoltaic power plants. There will be shown comparison to conventional ground mounted photovoltaic power plant. The final paper presents several variants of installation of photovoltaic panels on the water surface, calculated construction and maintenance costs, annual electricity production based on insolation of the floating photovoltaic power plant and other economic characteristics needed to analyze such a large project.
