Abstract
Međunarodna trgovinska politika i instrumenti međunarodne trgovinske politike imaju veliki značaj ekonomskog čimbenika kroz razvoj i rast gospodarstva svake zemlje. Usluge i dobra neke zemlje razmjenjuju se s inozemstvom te tako zadovoljavaju potrebe domaće potražnje te potiču proizvodnju domaćih gospodarskih dobra i usluga. Tema ovog rada prikazuje međunarodnu trgovinsku politiku kroz svjetsku trgovinsku organizaciju WTO te uz to vezane instrumente međunarodne trgovinske politike, kako u... More Republici Hrvatskoj, tako i u Europi i u svijetu. Instrumenti međunarodne trgovinske politike upotrebljavaju se kao zaštita domaće proizvodnje te kao poticaj za izvoz dobara i usluga kako bi se povećao profit u zemlji, a ne izvan nje. Ulaskom Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju, prihvaćaju se pravila, zakoni i politike Europske unije te prestaju važiti zakoni Republike Hrvatske. Pravni okviri Europske unije koji se tiču trgovinske politike, primjenjivi su i definirani, ali bez obzira na to Hrvatska i dalje ima preveliku zaduženost i pasivnu trgovinsku bilancu. Cilj Hrvatske trebao bi se temeljiti na razvoju proizvodnih djelatnosti koje imaju niske troškove proizvodnje, poraditi na tome da ima što manje birokracije i poticati konkurentnost domaćih izvoznika, a sve to kao posljedicu treba dovesti do stvaranja pozitivnog salda razmjene s inozemnim tržištem. Abstract (english)
International trade and trade policy are so important in economy and although in the growing and developing of each country's wealth. The services and goods of a country are exchanged with foreign countries, thussatisfying the needs of domestic demand and encouraging the production of domestic economic goods and services. The topic of this work presents international trade policy through the World Trade Organization WTO and related instruments of international trade policy, both in... More Croatia, in Europe and world. International policy tools are used to protect domestic production as an incentive to export goods and services in order to increase profits in the country rather than abroad. With the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, the rules, laws and policies of the European Union are accepted, the laws of the Republic of Croatia cease to be valid. The legal frameworks of the European Union concerning trade policy are applied and defined, but regardless of the Republic of Croatia, it still struggles with excessive in debtedness and a passive trade balance. The Croatian goal should be to develop productions activities to drop out costs of production, encourage the competitiveness of homemade exporters in order to produce positive balance. Less
