Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analiziran je turizam Grada Rijeke koji je orijentiran na daljnji razvoj kroz nautički i kongresni turizam. Kako bi se motiviralo nove turiste da posijete Grad Rijeku potrebno je obogatiti ponudu grada novim turističkim sadržajima. Zabavni parkovi danas predstavljaju važnu vrstu turističkih atrakcija koji privlače veliki broj posjetitelja zbog svoje specifičnosti ponude atrakcija i sadržaja. Zabavni parkovi posjetiteljima omogućuju stjecanje novih doživljaje i iskustva prilikom korištenja usluga parka. Danas sve češći motiv putovanja i razlog dolaska u određenu destinaciju je ponuda avanturističkih sadržaja kojima turisti stječu nova iskustva i doživljaje. Kako bi se upotpunila ponuda zabavnih sadržaja na području Grada Rijeke u radu je dan primjer poslovnog plana zabavnog parka „JUMP“. Otvaranjem zabavnog parka na zatvorenome upotpunila bi se ponuda sadržaja na području Grada Rijeke koja bi bila dostupna lokalnom stanovništvu i turistima koji posjete Grad Rijeku. Poslovnim planom provedena je analiza tržišta te ekonomsko-financijska analiza isplativosti otvaranja zabavnog parka te provedenom analizom zaključuje se da bi projekt bio prihvatljiv.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis analyzes tourism in the City of Rijeka, which is oriented towards further development through nautical and congress tourism. In order to motivate new tourists to visit City of Rijeka, it is necessary to enrich the city's offer with new tourist facilities. Amusement parks today are an important type of tourist attraction that attracts a large number of visitors due to its specific offer of attractions and content. Amusement parks allow visitors to gain new experiences and adventure when using the services of the park. Today, an increasingly common motive for travel and the reason for coming to a particular destination is the offer of adventurous content with which tourists gain new experiences and adventure. In order to complete the offer of entertainment facilities in the City of Rijeka, an example of the business plan of the amusement park "JUMP" is given in the paper. The opening of an indoor amusement park would complete the offer of content in the City of Rijeka, which would be available to the local population and tourists who visit the City of Rijeka. The business plan conducted a market analysis and economic and financial analysis of the cost-effectiveness of opening an amusement park, and the analysis concluded that the project would be acceptable.
