Abstract
Vrijednosti procjena poduzeća je vrlo složen posao koji od procjenitelja poduzeća očekuje veliko iskustvo i širok spektar teorijskog znanja. Predmet istraživanja ovog rada su razne metode kod vrednovanja poduzeća. U radu će se prikazati vrednovanje Atlantic grupe pomoću dinamičkih i statičkih metoda. Statička metoda koja se provela kod vrednovanja poduzeća Atlantic d.d. je knjigovodstvena metoda, kod dinamičkih metoda koje su se provele su vrednovanje putem multiplikatora te metoda diskontiranih novčanih tokova. Empirijsko istraživanje koje je provedeno pomoću više različitih metoda potvrđuje da analizirane metode kod vrednovanja poduzeća daju rezultat različitih vrijednosti promatranog poduzeća. Na temelju toga može se zaključiti da nema jedinstvene metode kod izračunavanja vrijednosti poduzeća te je kod poduzeća potrebno vrlo dobro procijeniti u svim situacija u kojima se nalazi.
Abstract (english)
Assessing the value of a company may be a convoluted work that necessitates experience and theoretical knowledge from the company. The subject of the research is different methods of company valuation. The paper will present the evaluation of Atlantic groups using dynamic and static methods. The static method that is checked in the valuation of Atlantic d.d. is a bookkeeping method, and dynamic methods that are checked by valuation using multipliers and discounted cash flow methods. Empirical research which has been conducted by dint of the various methods validates these analyzed methods of valuation of the company give the result of different values of the observed company. Agreeing to this, the conclusion is that there is no single strategy for the calculation of the esteem of a company, aditionally the company ought to be assesed exceptionally well in all circumstances in which it finds itself.
