Abstract
Međunarodna trgovina se može opisati kao razmjena dobara i usluga između zemalja. Ovakva vrsta trgovine je neophodna zato što nijedna zemlja na svijetu nema dovoljno prirodnih bogatstava da bi mogla proizvoditi sve proizvode potrebne svojem stanovništvu. Zato zemlje odlučuju nastupati na inozemnom tržištu putem izvoza i uvoza. Subjekti koji obavljaju poslove izvoza i uvoza trebaju posebnu pažnju posvetiti troškovima, rizicima, potrebama i željama potrošača, a prije svega dokumentaciji koja se koristi u međunarodnoj razmjeni. Operativno izvršenje izvoznog i uvoznog posla obuhvaća dostavljanje potrebnih robnih, carinskih, transportnih i svih ostalih vrsta dokumenata kako bi se mogli lakše i jednostavnije obaviti poslovi izvoza i uvoza. Poslovne isprave su neophodne za bolje obavljanje, praćenje i razumijevanje tijeka poslovanja. Njihov sadržaj se temelji na podacima o količini robe, njezinoj kvaliteti, cijeni, podrijetlu. U ovom radu bit će obrađene sve vrste poslovnih isprava koje se koriste u međunarodnom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
International trade can be described as the exchange of goods and services between countries. This type of trade is essential because there is no country in this world that has enough natural wealth to produce all the products it needs to its people. That is the reason why the countries decide to enter the foreign market through export and import. Entities who are performing export and import activities should pay particular attention to the costs, risks, needs and wishes of consumers, and above all the documentation used in international trade. The operational execution of the export and import business provides the delivery of the required goods, customs, transport and all other types of documents in order to make export and import operations easier and simpler. Business documents are essential for better performance, monitoring and understanding of the business flow. Their content is based on data on the quantity of goods, its quality, price, origin. This work will cover all types of business documents used in international business.
