Abstract
This research looks at the export competitiveness of company Magdis LTD on United Kingdom market. This paper have two parts, theoretical and research. Theoretical part is based on how research have to be done and which data should be considered in research. Second part, research was made on current state of United Kingdom cosmetic market and position of Magdis in Croatian cosmetic market. Goal of research was whether Magdis LTD should involve into exporting to United Kingdom market or not. We developed an economic research based on examinig all economic factors which could affect export and discussed them in Pestle, SWOT and Porter analysis. Analysis of financial position and forecast of sales of Magdis on United Kingdom market is made. Based on results of analysis it is made proposal for Magdis whether they should export to United Kingdom or choose different strategy to get position on United Kingdom market.
