Abstract
Reengineering means starting over. It means to abandon deeply based procedures and give a fresh look to the business that company developed, either as a product or service, and provide value to the customer. Reeingineering does not represent a formula, but the set of tools that companies can use to change the way they do business. Lately, there are more and more companies operating with various problems. These problems are different in nature, and also there are problems of poor communication... More among employees, weak productivity of people, lack of motivation what can lead up to the lack of interest in work, which may result in troubling consequences for the company. In order to successfully resolve all existing and potential problems, sometimes is necessary to reorganize business processes by applying different methods. This paper will explain some of the management methods which can be used in the analysis of reengineering business processes. The main goal of this project is to explain the definition of reeingineering, its historical development and also its phases and methods. The second part of the project will relate to the application of reeingineering in the specific company. The results will be presented and explained. As a conclusion of the project, there will be presented a solution to improve business processes and guidelines for the development of the company and improved efficiency of the management as well as the employees.
