Abstract
Maslinarstvo je jedna od najzastupljenijih poljoprivrednih grana na primorskom dijelu Hrvatske, pa tako i na otoku Cresu. Kroz rad se prikazuje provođenje projekta, odnosno podizanje nasada maslinika obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva. Cilj podizanja maslinika je iskorištavanje napuštenog zemljišta na otoku Cresu i proizvodnja ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja. Prikazane su temeljne karakteristike projekta i projektnog menadžmenta, te je dana ekonomska analiza i ocjena projekta koja je prikazana kroz ekonomske i financijske pokazatelje, te cost benefit analizu. Cjelokupna analiza je dovela do zaključka da je projekt isplativ, te da postoji opravdano tržište za ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje. S obzirom da je osma godina, prva godina prve rodnosti, to je i godina u kojoj će se ostvariti i prvi pozitivan financijski rezultat. Samo provođenje projekta će trajati osam mjeseci. S obzirom da raste potražnja za ekstra djevičanskim maslinovim uljem, očekuje se da će projekt biti vrlo uspješan, te se nakon prvih osam godina poslovanja planiraju daljnja ulaganja u proizvodnju.
Abstract (english)
Olive groves are one of the most prominent agricultural branches in the coastal part of Croatia, so also on the island of Cres. Throughout this paper, it is shown the meaning of projekct and olive production trough the family farm. The aim of the olive grower is to exploit the abandoned land on the island of Cres and the production of extra virgin olive oil. The basic features of the project and project management are presented, and an economic analysis and evaluation of the project is presented through economic and financial indicators and cost benefit analysis. The overall analysis has led to the conclusion that the project is profitable and that there is a justified market for extra virgin olive oil. Since eight years, the first year of full olive crop, this is also the year in which the first positive financial result will be achieved. Only the implementation of the project will last eight months. Given the growing demand for extra virgin olive oil, it is expected that the project will be very successful, and after the first eight years, business plans are for further investment in production.
