Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom Utjecaj outsourcinga na transakcijske troškove u hotelijerstvu, obrađuje aktualnu tematiku poslovne strategije primjene outsourcinga u hotelskom poslovanju. Rad polazi od teorijske osnove outsourcinga gdje su analizirani njegovi teorijski i financijski aspekti. Nadalje, u radu je dan pregled funkcioniranja hotelskog poslovanja i istražena je primjena outsourcinga općenito. U istraživačkom dijelu rada izneseni su rezultati anketnog istraživanja djelatnika hotela Sjevernog Jadrana, na temelju kojih su dani zaključci o stavovima, iskustvima i procjenama djelatnika o utjecaju outsourcinga na troškove poslovanje hotela.
Abstract (english)
The paper entitled Outsourcing influence at the transactional costs in the hotel industry, deals with the current topic of the business strategy of outsourcing in hotel business. Work starts from the theoretical basis of outsourcing where its theoretical and financial aspects are analyzed. Furthermore, the paper presents a review of hotel business and explores the application of outsourcing in general. In the research part of the paper survey results from employees of the Sjeverni Jadran hotels are presented. Based on that survey the conclusions are drawn on the attitudes, experiences and estimates on influence of outsourcing on the costs of the hotel business performance.
