Abstract
Poslovno pregovaranje je važno za svako poduzeće jer je ono sredstvo pomoću kojeg se može postići nešto bolje od postojećeg za poduzeće. Prije početka pregovaranja bitno je odrediti, s jedne strane, šta poduzeće želi dobiti, a s druge strane, šta je spremno dati. U pregovore se ulazi očekujući određene ustupke. Oni su ključni za pregovaranje i bez njih ne bi ni dolazilo do pregovora. Ustupci su sredstvo pomoću kojeg se prodavač približava kupcu, da bi se on približio prodavaču. Provedenom anketom dokazana je hipoteza da su ustupci važno sredstvo u prodaji automobila.
