Abstract
Izvoz je nezaobilazna aktivnost svakog poduzeća koje se odluči poslovati na međunarodnoj razini. Odabir optimalne strategije izvoza ključna je za uspješno poslovanje na novom tržištu, a kako bi se odredila najbolja strategija izvoza potrebno je provesti detaljnu analizu ciljanog tržišta. U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno je analizirano tržište Francuske kroz njezino političko, ekonomsko, sociokulturno i tehnološko okruženje kako bi se odredila najbolja strategija izvoza proizvoda poduzeća Creaticon d.o.o. na to tržište. Također, analizirano je i francusko tržište kozmetike koje je jedno od najvećih i najkonkurentnijih na svijetu. Provedena je i Porterova analiza pet sila kao i analiza konkurencije kako bi se dobio što bolji uvid u stanje na odabranom tržištu i mogućnosti plasiranja proizvoda poduzeća Creaticon d.o.o., točnije brenda Skintegra. Također, napravljena je i SWOT analiza poduzeća, a nakon provedene analize definirana je najbolja strategija izvoza, postavljeni su ciljevi prema SMART matrici te su određene strategije pozicioniranja i segmentacije na francuskom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Export is an inevitable activity of every company that decides to do business on an international level. Choosing the optimal export strategy is essential for successful business in a new market, and in order to determine the best export strategy, it is necessary to do a detailed analysis of the target market. In this thesis, the French market is analyzed in detail through its political, economic, sociocultural and technological environment in order to determine the best strategy for exporting the products of the company Creaticon d.o.o. Also, the French cosmetics market, which is one of the largest and most competitive in the world, was analyzed. Porter's analysis of the five industrial forces was also carried out, as well as a competition analysis in order to get the best possible insight into the state of the selected market and the possibilities of placement Creaticon d.o.o.'s products, specifically the Skintegra brand. Also, a SWOT analysis of the company was made, and after the analysis, the best export strategy was defined, goals were set according to the SMART matrix, and positioning and segmentation strategies on the French market were determined.
