Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se tematikom analizom isplativosti prodaje rabljenih automobila marke Tesla te realizacijom poslovnog plana otvaranja poduzeća TESS d.o.o. koje bi se bavilo prodajom rabljenih Tesla automobila. Naime, obzirom na poticanja Europske unije na kupnju vozila na električnu energiju, sve je više osoba koje se orijentiraju na navedeni modalitet prijevoza. Stoga, ovaj rad nastojat će razraditi detaljan poslovni plan za otvaranje prvog takvog salona u Republici Hrvatskoj koji bi nudio ponudu prodaje i rent-a-cara isključivo rabljenih Tesla vozila kao i probne vožnje u cilju stjecanja dojma o kakvom je vozilu riječ. Također, lokacija tvrtke je u Karlovcu te se navedeno smatra strateškim potezom obzirom da se Karlovac nalazi gotovo u centru svih važnih prometnih pravaca Republike Hrvatske. Detaljna analiza pokazala je kako je poslovni plan za otvaranje salona rabljenih Tesla vozila isplativ projekt.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis deals with the topic of profitability analysis of the sale of used cars of the Tesla brand and the implementation of the business plan for the opening of the company TESS d.o.o. which would deal with the sale of used Tesla cars. Namely, considering the incentives of the European Union for the purchase of electric vehicles, more and more people are orienting themselves to the aforementioned mode of transportation. Therefore, this paper will try to develop a detailed business plan for opening the first such salon in the Republic of Croatia, which would offer the sale and rent-a-car offer of exclusively used Tesla vehicles, as well as test drives in order to get an impression of what kind of vehicle it is. Also, the location of the company is in Karlovac, and the above is considered a strategic move considering that Karlovac is located almost in the center of all important traffic routes in the Republic of Croatia. A detailed analysis showed that the business plan for opening a showroom of used Tesla vehicles is a profitable project.
