Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom „Usporedba poslovnih običaja zemalja Istočne Azije“ napisan je kako bi se uočilo na koji način kultura utječe na poslovno pregovaranje u navedenim zemljama. Istraženo je koje su poslovne prakse i načini pregovaranja prisutni u određenim zemljama, koji su pravilni načini pozdravljanja i oslovljavanja, kakva komunikacija i gestikulacija se smatraju prikladnom kao i koja su „poslovna druženja“, darovi ili stilovi odijevanja primjereni za poslovno pregovaranje u... More promatranim zemljama. Cilj istraživanja bio je pronaći sličnosti ili razlike u poslovnom pregovaranju kod tih zemalja, a na temelju provedene komparativne analize može se utvrditi kako ne postoje značajne razlike u poslovnim običajima kod navedenih zemalja. Također, na kraju rada analiziran je i primjer stvarne pregovaračke situacije iz jedne od zemalja kako bi se saznanja o poslovnom pregovaranju iz teorijskog dijela rada upotrijebila za objašnjavanje stvarne pregovaračke prakse. Abstract (english)
Master thesis with the topic of "Comparison of business customs of East Asian countries" was written in order to observe how culture affects business negotiations in the mentioned countries. It was investigated which business practices and methods of negotiation are present in certain countries, which are the correct ways of greeting and addressing other people, what communication styles and gestures are considered appropriate, as well as which "business gatherings", gifts or dress... More codes are suitable for business negotiations in the observed countries. The goal of the research was to find similarities or differences in business negotiations in these countries, and based on the comparative analysis, it can be determined that there are no significant differences in business customs in the mentioned countries. Also, at the end of the thesis, an example of a real negotiation situation from one of the countries was analyzed in order to use the knowledge about business negotiation from the theoretical part of the thesis to explain real negotiation practice.
