Abstract
Diplomski rad „Razvoj tehnologije i organizacija poslovanja: primjer HEP grupe“ prikazuje kakva je povezanost razvoj tehnologije, koja je postala dio čovjekove svakodnevnice, s organizacijom jednog velikog poduzeća kao što je HEP grupa koja se sastoji od većeg broja društava. Cilj rada bio je prikazati rezultate istraživanja provedenog u svrhu pisanja ovog diplomskog rada i potvrditi ili opovrgnuti nultu hipotezu koja glasi: “Razvoj tehnologije nije pozitivno povezan s organizacijom poslovanja HEP grupe.“ Tehnologija je u zadnjih nekoliko desetaka godina doživjela veliki razvoj. Koristi se gotovo u svakom dijelu čovjekova života, pa tako i u poslovanju poduzeća. Organizacija je jedan od važnih faktora svakog velikog poduzeća te je također doživjela promjene razvojem tehnologije. Ovaj diplomski rad prikazat će kako je razvoj tehnologije povezan s organizacijom HEP grupe. U diplomskom radu je provedeno empirijsko istraživanje putem anketnog upitnika. Ispitanici anketnog upitnika bili su zaposlenici HEP grupe. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti da razvoj tehnologije ostvaruje pozitivnu vezu s organizacijom poslovanja HEP grupe.
Abstract (english)
The thesis "Technology development and business organization: the example of HEP Group" shows the connection between the development of technology, which has become part of everyday life, with the organization of a large company such as HEP Group, which consists of several companies. The aim of the paper was to present the results of research conducted for the purpose of writing this thesis and to confirm or refute the null hypothesis that reads: "Technology development is not positively related to the organization of HEP Group." Technology is used in almost every part of a person's life, including business. The organization is one of the important factors of any large company and has also undergone changes with the development of technology. This thesis will show how the development of technology is related to the organization of the HEP Group. In the master thesis, an empirical research was conducted through a questionnaire. The respondents to the survey questionnaire were employees of the HEP Group. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the development of technology has a positive relationship with the organization of HEP Group's operations.
