Abstract
Jedna od najvažnijih značajki brzog rasta kineskog gospodarstva bila je uloga inozemnih direktnih investicija i stranih tvrtki. Važnost nadilazi značajnu vrijednost inozemnih direktnih investicija koje je Kina primila otkako je počela otvarati svoje gospodarstvo. Strane tvrtke promijenile su industrijsku strukturu Kine, stvorile dobavljače i distributere, omogućile transfer tehnologije i znanja, te unaprijedili kvalitetu ljudskog kapitala, poboljšale performanse održivosti i pomogle u oblikovanju kineskih pravnih i regulatornih sustava. Ti su utjecaji pomogli Kini da postane jedno od najvećih svjetskih gospodarstva, vodeći izvoznik i jedno od vodećih odredišta za ulazna ulaganja. Upravo se Tesla odlučila za inozemnu investiciju u Kinu. Tesla, koja je svoje poslovanje s novim električnim vozilom započela početkom godine, preuzela je vodstvo u razvoju prvog električnog automobila na svijetu s litij-ionskom baterijom. Nema sumnje da je Tesla na vodećoj poziciji među novom energetskom automobilskom industrijom sa svojim naprednim konceptima i vodećim znanstvenim istraživačkim sposobnostima. Otkako je Tesla službeno ušla na kinesko tržište, naišla je na poteškoće u Kini, ali također je postigla je svoje ciljeve.
Abstract (english)
One of the most important features of China's rapid growth of the Chinese economy has been the role of foreign direct investment and foreign companies. The importance goes beyond the significant value of foreign direct investment that China has received since it began to open its economy. Foreign companies have changed China's industrial structure, created suppliers and distributors, enabled the transfer of technology and knowledge, and improved the quality of human capital, improved sustainability performance and helped shape China's legal and regulatory systems. These influences have helped China become one of the world’s largest economies, a leading exporter and one of the leading destinations for inward investment. Tesla has just decided to invest abroad in China. Tesla, which began its new electric vehicle business earlier this year, took the lead in developing the world's first electric car with a lithium-ion battery. There is no doubt that Tesla is at the forefront of the new energy automotive industry with its advanced concepts and leading scientific research capabilities. Since Tesla officially entered the Chinese market, it has encountered difficulties in China, but it has also achieved its goals.
