Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad predstavlja ulogu brokera kao posrednika u prodaji osiguranja. Tržište osiguranja, doživljava sve veću liberalizaciju pri čemu se u sustavu distribucije pojavljuju razni kanali prodaje osiguranja. Zanimljivost pojave novih posrednika u prodaji osiguranja također vezana je za razvoj novih tehnologija, promjenama potrebe potrošača te sve već svjesnosti suvremenog čovjeka o mogućim rizicima, čime se povećava i potražnja za osiguranjem. Kako potrošači na tržištu osiguranja ne mogu uvijek procijeniti koji bi uvjeti osiguravanja za njih bili povoljni, brokeri upravo imaju tu zadaću da za analiziraju potrebe i mogućnosti potencijalnog osiguranika i ponude mu policu osiguranja koja će najbolje ispuniti njegove potrebe. Ova dvostrana uloga brokera kao posrednika, ali i konzultanta za klijenta upravo je bila poticaj za dodatnu analizu što je bio motiv izrade ovog rada.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the role of a broker as an intermediary in the sale of insurance. Insurance market, is experiencing increasing liberalization where the distribution system appear different sales channels of insurance. An interesting phenomena of new intermediaries in the sale of insurance is also related to the development of new technology, changes in consumer needs and all but consciousness of modern man about the possible risks, thus increasing the demand for insurance. As consumers in the insurance market can not always assess that the conditions for securing them were favorable, brokers just have this task to analyze the needs and possibilities of potential insured and offers him an insurance policy that will best meet their needs. This twosided role of brokers as intermediaries, as well as a consultant for a client just the incentive to further analyze what is the motive of making this work.
