Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad sastoji se od teorijskog i empirijskog dijela. U prvom dijelu rada pojmovno je obrađena tema poslovnog pregovaranja i izvora pregovaračke moći koji su sistematizirani u sveobuhvatni sustav. Nadalje uzevši u obzir da je poslovno pregovaranje sastavni dio ljudske svakodnevice i da primjenu nalazi u mnogim sferama djelovanja, reflektira se na njegovu uporabu u glazbenoj/event industriji. Shodno čemu je pobliže objašnjen sam pojam eventa, njegova organizacija i svrha, isto kao i uloga event menadžera, te njihovog korištenja izvora pregovaračke moći u ostvarivanju prednosti i boljih uvjeta u postizanju dogovora sa glazbenicima.
Abstract (english)
This thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The first part of the paper conceptually deals with the topic of business negotiation and sources of bargaining power that are systematized into a comprehensive system. Furthermore, taking into account that business negotiation is an integral part of human everyday life and that its application is found in many spheres of activity, it is reflected in its use in the music / event industry. Accordingly, the concept of the event, its organization and purpose, as well as the role of event managers, and their use of sources of bargaining power in achieving benefits and better conditions in reaching agreements with musicians are explained in more detail.
