Abstract
Koncept rada temelji se na primjeni Demingovih 14 točaka u turističkom poduzeću Maistra d.d.. U uvodnom dijelu opisuju se glavne značajke upravljanja kvalitetom u poduzećima gdje se prikazuje Demingov koncept I doprinos upravljanja kvalitetom u poduzećima. Navodi se i istraživanje primjene Demingovog koncepta upravljanja kvalitetom pomoću anketnih upitnika u turističkom poduzeću Maistra d.d.. Poseban naglasak u radu je osvrt na primjenu Demingovog koncepta u budućnosti od strane turističkih poduzeća. Na kraju rada izvodi se sveobuhvatan zaključak.
