Abstract
Foreign exchange market, also known as FOREX, is the worlds largest and most liquid market in the world. Because of its volatility, it makes a complex and challenging for the investors and traders to participate, by evolving and gaining knowledge people have come up with useful tools and indicators through the years, which make this process of predicting future prices, a lot easier. The primary goal of this study is to help the reader to gain knowledge about how this foreign exchange market functions, what are the technical indicators, and what it is their purpose in the foreign exchange market. The thesis will compare the accuracy of these technical indicators by doing a hypothesis test, which shows how comparable they are, and which one has the best results. The analysis was carried based on historical data for the period of 05.10.2018 till 31.12.2019 on the EUR/USD market. The four most often technical indicators will be tested to see which one of them will give the best outcomes, to attempt to respond to the question "which technical indicator is the most accurate?"
