Abstract
The term leadership has been known to mankind since ancient times. The first informal leaders had to provide food and shelter for their families, later leadership played a major role in wars, and today leadership is associated with guiding people toward the common goal of the enterprise. Leadership is one of the most important functions of management. In order for a company to be successful, it needs a leader who initiates, inspires and helps other members in achieving the company's goals. Every leader is different because leadership cannot be fully and completely learned, but is complemented by each new experience. This is why the notion of successful leaders and leadership has captured the attention not only of science but more broadly, because a successful leader can be found in a variety of fields. Charisma and charismatic leadership were primarily studied on the examples of politicians, military leaders, religious leaders, and in the last thirty years to this has been joined the study of charismatic leadership and charismatic leaders in organizations. A survey research was conducted of an impact of charismatic leadership on employee attitude.
