Abstract
Tematika diplomskog rada je važnost poslovnog pregovaranja u poslovnom svijetu, koje sve više dobiva na značaju. Postoje mnoge definicije koje su prikazane u teoretskom dijelu rada. Može se sažeti da je poslovno pregovaranje proces komunikacije između dvije ili više strana, koje se temelji na vještinama pregovaranja, odnosno komuniciranja, s ciljem da obje strane budu zadovoljne ishodom. More zaključivanje pregovora otvara mogućnosti za nove poslovne prilike i financijski rast tvrtke. Važnost se stavlja na vještine pregovarača, koje se stječu dobrom pripremom i dugogodišnjim iskustvom sudjelovanja u radu pregovaračkih timova iz cjelokupnog aspekta profesionalnog djelovanja, ali treba voditi računa i o osobnim karakteristikama pregovarača. Abstract (english)
The subject of this master's thesis is the importance of the business negotiation in the business environment, which is gaining in importance. There are several definitions explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. It can be summarized that business negotiation is a process of communication between two or more parties, based on negotiation or communication skills, in order to make both parties happy with the outcome. The main objective of the negotiations is to achieve a win-win... More outcome, which would mean satisfaction for both parties. Successful settlement of negotiations opens possibilities for new business opportunities and financial growth of the company. The importance of the negotiator's skills acquired through quality preparation and longtime experience of partaking in the work of negotiation teams are emphasised among the entire range of professional activities. However, the negotiator's personal traits have to be taken into consideration as well.
