Abstract
Pod franšizom se podrazumijeva situacija kada poduzeće, koje je franšizer, ustupa na upotrebu svoje ime, odnosno brend kao i način svog poslovanja na upotrebu i korištenje određenoj osobi ili grupi osoba, koji su primatelji franšize. Navedena osoba ili grupa osoba pristaje poslovati sukladno uvjetima sklopljenog ugovora o franšizi. Brojne su prednosti franšiznog poslovanja za gospodarstvo. Navedene prednosti se najviše očituju u stvaranju novih poslova, razvoju malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, u povećanju porezne osnovice, stjecanju novih dinamičkih sposobnosti i vještina. Franšizno poslovanje u Hrvatskoj se pojavljuje 1969. godine, a broj franšiznih sustava u Hrvatskoj se u proteklim godinama povećava po godišnjoj stopi od 6,6%.(Erceg, Čičić, 2013, 327) Kako je tema ovog rada Franšizing u Republici Hrvatskoj, uz predstavljanje franšiznog sustava poslovanja, u radu će biti predstavljen i primjer franšiznog poslovanja u Hrvatskoj poduzeća Subway.
Abstract (english)
A franchise implies a situation where a company (franchisor) issues its trade name (brand) and its mode of business (business system, know-how) to a particular person or group (a franchisee) who agrees to do business in accordance with the terms of the franchise contract. There are numerous advantages of franchise business for the economy, and its economic impact are reflected in output and creation of new business, the increase of the tax base, economic modernization, the development of small and medium entrepreneurship and the acquisition of these dynamic skills and abilities. Franchise business in Croatia appears in 1969, and the number of franchise systems in Croatia has increased in recent years at an annual rate of 6.6%. (Erceg, Čičić, 2013, 327) As the topic of this work is Franchise business in the Republic of Croatia, along with the presentation of the franchise business system, it will be also presented an example of franchise business of the company Subway in the Croatia.
