Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada biti će prikazano projektno poslovanje suvremenog poduzeća, odnosno osnovni pojmovi vezani za projekt, te uvođenje projekta u poduzeće. U nastavku rada objašnjen je projekt Pricing – model određivanja cijena proizvoda na temelju vrijednosne percepcije krajnjeg kupca na primjeru tvrtke Wienerberger Ilovac d.o.o. koja se bavi proizvodnjom i prodajom građevinskog materijala. Ovaj diplomski rad donosi analizu, specifičnosti i teorijske spoznaje o implementaciji projekta u suvremeno poduzeće, te nam pokazuje kako jedan projekt utječe na cjelokupnu organizaciju. Cilj istraživačkog dijela rada je prikazati novi pristup u određivanju cijena proizvoda, te važnost uključivanja cjelokupne prodajne organizacije u projekt, kako bi se poboljšali ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of the paper will show the design business of a modern company, that is, basic concepts related to the project, and the introduction of the project in the company. The following section explains the Pricing project - a product pricing model based on the value perception of the end customer based on the example of Wienerberger Ilovac d.o.o. engaged in the production and sale of building materials. This thesis brings analysis, specifics and theoretical insights into the implementation of a project into a modern enterprise, and shows us how a project affects the overall organization. The aim of the research part of the paper is to present a new approach to product pricing, and the importance of involving the entire sales organization in the project, in order to improve key performance indicators.
