Abstract
In this bachelor’s degree paper are stated types of organization, reorganization and numerous factors that influence on performance of business. Theme is discussed through theory parts and lastly applied on an example of a company form Pula, “Pula Herculanea” d.o.o. Attention is brought to reactions on time in order to adapt better to new circumstances on market or due to technology advancement or new Laws. Good decisions that “Pula Herculanea” d.o.o. secured their position on the market and increased satisfaction of both customers and employees. Through the paper are discussed differences between the company before reorganization and the company after reorganization. Also some personal suggestions were proposed in order to improve performance of “Pula Herculanea” d.o.o.
