This thesis encompasses all the procedures and processes necessary for execution of export business between country which is member of European Union (Croatia) and country which is not a member of European Union (Montenegro). Meduza company, situated in Croatia, operates as an exporter to the importing company Montefish which is situated in Montenegro. Two companies established their trading and partnering business relationship a few years ago. Since they have been operating consistently for a few years in a row, they have built a relationship where Meduza as an exporter usually makes first contact with Montefish regarding their future orders. Since Montefish also operates as a supplier to other businesses it is important for Meduza and Montefish to make arrangements regarding Montefish orders and check the stock and products which are going to be exported as fast as possible. After Meduza and Montefish have done first checking of eligibility of goods for export out of Croatia and import to Montenegro, Meduza prepares all the documentation that will follow the goods in the transport. Since Meduza is exporting fish and fish products, they are obligated to have declarations done by quality controller, and all the documents prepared for authorized veterinarian who will check the quality and health of the products and give Meduza permission to release them to the foreign market by issuing a Veterinary Certificate. Since Montefish is not a member of European Union, the process is more complicated for Meduza regarding certain paperwork which is connected with transport of goods through a third country. Since transport of goods takes place on land and since Montefish is not situated in a country which is an EU member, apart from regular paperwork, T2 document is needed for which Meduza needs to employ outside forwarder authorized to make, in their name and for their company, transit security document with which goods will be insured in the territory of a third country. When goods are traveling outside of third country they do not have any additional documentation that will be needed for insurance of the goods because Meduza has insured their employees, goods in transport and means of transport with regular insurance policy which is always travelling with the goods.With all necessary documentation gathered by Meduza company, goods are released from the warehouse to their transporters who will seal and insure the goods in the vehicle until they come to the warehouse of Montefish company in Montenegro where the goods will be officially sold. After the goods have passed Croatian territory followed by all documentation rest of the operational work and paperwork is on the forwarder of the Montefish company. Finished work is saved in Meduza company files and excel tables where they keep track of every finished business even if it is not prescribed by the law. They do it as an insurance for themselves regarding possible future complaints by Montefish.
