Abstract
Today's world can't function without international business activities, export or import. It is one of the most important things that connects the the world and a lot of dfferent activities, not necessarily international focused, together and it also helps people get things that in other case, they could not own. This paper is based on international business activity – export. The student will explain the process of export, with other business activites needed for it, not only through theory but on real example. Example the student will be using is the export of Kraš d.d. goods to America, to Krinos Foods Ltc, using the representative Primacosped. It will be explaind what Primaco is doing in the name of Kraš d.d. and what do Kraš d.d. and Krinos Foods do for themselves in terms of export. With explanation what export is, there will also be explanation of the procedure and documents needed, like inquiry, sale finalization, terms of sale, payment terms, order and customs clearance, all needed and important for good and less complicated export process.
