Abstract
Motivation represents very important segment of human beign life. Important is not only motivation in everday life but also in specific working branch which the person has choosen. The goal of this paper is to theoretically explain concept of motivation, motivation theories, case study analysis of the RIDIS LTD and the analysis of motivation in the RIDIS LTD. The paper is concerned with the RIDIS LTD business functions, selection and employment, training and development, rewards and analysis of motivation in company. As RIDIS LTD is Croatian small and privately owned company, the CEO is always in search to find how to increase quality of work and employees satisfaction trough motivation on workplace. Analysis of the RIDIS LTD is done thankfully to the CEO and owner of the company, Mr. Danijel Vladić, who gave a detailed view into Human Resource Management processes of his company. Prepositions regarding the imporvement and further analysis of motivation processes are listed at the end of the paper.
